Jim DeGennaro

Jim proudly served his country and was honorably discharged as a decorated veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne in Vietnam. He went on to study environmental sciences at Stockton State University and wrote a paper on the value of sand dunes and vegetation as a buffer against beach erosion during nor’easter storms. His career path took him to a commercial farm operation as assistant greenhouse manager. His responsibilities included caring for, cultivating and maturing seedlings for transplanting to the farm’s overall agricultural production. In Jim’s next career move he obtained a NJ State pest control applicator license, where he oversaw environmental cleanouts and rodent exclusions from pest and rodent infestations. Jim went on to become a project manager for an environmental remediation company obtaining a license in applied microbial remediation and water damage restoration. Jim joined the team at Greenworks as Director of Field Services. Jim is dedicated to providing a clean, healthy and safe environment for all of Greenworks residential and commercial clients.
