From the time a Catipillar Excavator drove onto my parents property in 1976 I have been enamoured with the building process. As soon as I was old enough to work I started as general laborer on construction sites. Throughout the last 25 years I have worked in many aspects of the building community; Trained in the founding Franchise of the Owens Corning Basement Finishing System. Project Manager for Home Builders and Remodelers. BPI trained, Low Voltage Technician, Exterior products and Flooring specialist. It has always been fascinating to me to see how some standards have evolved with the times, while other practices are the same as our grandparents did things.
My 25 years experience has sent me on a journey to find the Best methods for accomplishing the job. My understanding of the home as a system, a living breathing organism is paramount to my investigative skills. I have become a member of the Greenworks Environmental family after experiencing health related mold issues and realizing just how prevalent environmental concerns are in our homes. It has become my personal and professional mission to educate and bring awareness to the causes of Sick Building Syndrome.
