Description:
This is a hands-on field and office investigative management position that will entail investigation of environmental contaminants and familiarity of applicable remediation standards. Familiarity with industry inspection standards, mechanical equipment operations, monitoring, maintenance procedures & equipment management is a must. The ideal candidate will be able to establish client rapport and trust effortlessly.
Requirements:
Applicants must have or be able to:
- Have a science degree from a 4-year accredited University (Masters is a plus)
- Have 3-5 years’ (Min) full-time experience with IAQ and construction practices
- Must be proficient with field sampling protocols and laboratory analysis
- Applicant must be able to interpret lab data obtained from field sampling.
- Must be organized and have a professional clean appearance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be non-smoking. GreenWorks is a smoke-free environment.
- Must be ambitious and willing to learn new testing requirements.
- Must have microbial certifications (inspections and remediation).
- A plus if Applicant has Industrial Hygiene, Asbestos, Lead, and Odor certifications.
- A plus if the Applicant has published, written blog articles, and conducted educational seminars.
- Applicants must be able to access and work in small areas, including crawlspaces and attics.
Availability:
Full-time hourly position. Our summer office hours (until October 1) are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 6 PM. Winter office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM. Overtime pay is available when authorized.

- Applicant must be able to assess and implement field adjustments.
- Applicant must be organized and have a professional clean appearance.

- Applicant must be ambitious and willing to learn remediation techniques and develop modified techniques based on the unique IAQ needs of our clients.
- Applicant must have microbial certifications (inspections and remediation).
- A plus if Applicant has Industrial Hygiene, Asbestos, Lead, Odor certifications.
- A plus if Applicant has published, written blog articles, conducted educational seminars.
- Applicants must be able to access and work in small areas including crawlspaces and attics.
Availability:
This is a Full Time Hourly position where the applicant must be available 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekend hours required. Overtime pay is available.

- Draft, implement, and oversee equipment and facility maintenance plans.
- Have microbial, AHERA, or OSHA certifications/licenses or comparable.
- Must have a professional clean appearance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- Have a Biological or Life Sciences 4-year college degree.
- Have 3-5 years full-time management / supervisory experience.

Description:
This position entails basic office duties and client communication. The ideal candidate will be someone willing to jump right in to help keep the team running. Assistance with day-to-day tasks such as answering phones, setting schedules, confirming appointments, and coordinating with service teams while giving our clients the best service that they have come to expect from Greenworks Environmental.
Applicants must have or be able to:
- Be organized, charismatic and work well with Clients, Staff & Sub-Contractors.
- A working knowledge of Google Platform & Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent organizational skills along with the ability to learn quickly and manage time
- Ability to be counted on to “figure it out” and keep a positive attitude
Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- All aspects of client communication (initial contact, appointment scheduling, and follow-up)
- Data entry, task management & vendor/subcontractor coordination
- Basic office duties including filing, tidying, shipping, inventory & organization

Requirements:
- Applicant must be enrolled in a 4-year collegiate program or comparable equal.
- Applicant must be organized, charismatic, and work well with Clients, Staff, and Sub-Contractors.
- Applicants must be able to access and work in small areas, including crawlspaces and attics.
- Applicants must have a professional clean appearance w/valid driver’s license and a clean record.
- Applicants must be cell phone/computer/tablet/tech savvy.
- Applicants must have a working knowledge of Google Platform & Microsoft Office Applications.
- Applicants will submit a written outline of what they learned at the completion of their Internship.
Availability:
This is an hourly position. Our summer office hours (until October 1) are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 6 PM. Winter office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility to accommodate the school schedule.
