Whole-house air purifiers are revolutionary machines that use DFS filtration technology to circulate air that’s free of contaminants. Their placement in your HVAC system allows them to waste less energy and decrease pressure levels.
Air conditioning units and systems do not purify the air. They produce “fresh” air and maintain a cool temperature inside, but they can still carry in many kinds of contaminants.
Central and standalone AC units are ineffective when it comes to fighting dust, pollen, bacteria, or viruses. If you want truly clean air, you’ll need to install a purification system.
