I recently contacted GreenWorks Environmental to inspect the indoor air quality of my apartment. Ashley offered great service instantly by answering all the questions that I had about inspecting the air quality of my apartment and what is recommended and what exactly is being inspected. I was actually shopping around for other companies that offer similar services but ultimately after I hung up the phone with Ashley. I called her within a few minutes and I stopped shopping around due to her excellent service and knowledge on indoor air quality and what is best for my apartment. I ended up moving forward with the recommendation of doing a prism test in my apartment to check the indoor air quality and see what odors are in my home. When I received the prism test in the mail it was user friendly and easy to follow through however I did have a few questions about setting up the prism test and when I contacted Ashley she had no problem answering any of my questions and she also had Katie who was exceedingly-educated on the process be on the phone with my as I set up the prism test. Katie explained the process, answered all my questions, and even stayed on the phone with me until I turned on the test. Which in my opinion was immaculate service. She also set up a follow-up call with me to go over the results with me and gave me multiple recommendations that were cost-efficient on what I can do next to ensure that I consistently have a good and healthy air quality in my apartment. I highly recommend GreenWorks Environmental LLC if you are looking to better your indoor air quality or if you were just curious and had questions about air quality in your homes and what steps are recommended.
