What do you get with Mold Sampling (Basic Tests)?

You get a qualified Building Biologist / Certified Mold Investigator / Certified Mold Remediator to visually inspect the area in question, collect three (3) non-viable samples, questions answered, provide a mold lab report and interpret the lab results. If there are issues identified that need to be corrected a bonus document will be prepared detailing recommendations and a budget.

The GreenWorks team is comprised of a broad array of environmental professionals experienced in a wide variety of environmental services. Our Building Biologists are uniquely qualified to assess and correct compromised environments. In fact, we live at the cutting edge of where the home environment collides with the natural environment.

What Makes Us Different?

1. Objective

Clearly define the Scope of Work or objective, the time frame and the specific questions that need to be answered.

2. Report Review

Review of Client provided labs and/or Home Inspection report to interpret and make sure all enviro issues addressed.

3. Visual / Olfactory Inspection

A detailed list of the visual / olfactory observations relevant to your situation is provided.

4. Sampling

Three (3) mold samples are taken that best depict the environment where lab results are interpreted as to Normal Fungal Ecology standards.

5. Conclusion

A brief description of what is going on regarding the molds and lab results in an easy to read email (No formal report).

6. Corrective Remedy (Bonus)

If a Moisture / Odor and / or Mold issue is identified, a Corrective Remedy / Bonus Document will be prepared detailing corrective recommendations and budget with additional information regarding mold remediation.
