We recently had the pleasure of working with GreenWorks Environmental on a basement mold remediation at our new home in Point Pleasant Beach.
Tracy was my first interaction with GWE and after attentively listening to my needs, she arranged a prompt call back from Katie, our investigator, and project manager. Katie and I spoke at length regarding the issues with the house that had been found upon home inspection. She took the time to explain things and she was never rushed for time. After reviewing the inspection report findings, Katie came up with not only a remediation plan, but solutions for creating a drier environment and better overall air quality in that space. I was impressed with Katie’s knowledge and approach; and felt her solutions took the future health of the house into consideration, not just fixing the current problems. I had found the company I wanted to partner with to make my home better.
We had a great team of people working on our home over the course of the project – Mike, Tim, Brandon P, Dylan, and Connor. I was updated on progress along the way, and when unforeseen issues arose I was quickly informed and Katie assisted in finding a third party to get the project back on track. The owner of GWE, Victor, was very hands-on and knowledgeable about what was occurring on my job. He made multiple site visits to ensure things were moving along and reached out to me on several occasions. Like Katie, he made himself available and was never pressed for time.
At the conclusion of our project Katie met with me and my husband at the house and reviewed what was done and the systems we elected to have installed to maintain the health of the basement space. From beginning to end we were in good hands. At the outset, I could not have imagined our basement would look and smell so great in the end. We are thankful we chose GWE for our mold remediation needs. We would highly recommend GWE.
