I contacted Green Works on August 19, 2020, regarding an air quality issue in my home. I just picked Green Works from a google search, and felt so fortunate after selecting your company and started working with Katie McElduff.

While working with Katie, I experienced her excellent personal skills, her expertise and knowledge in her field, and her dedication to her job. She exceeded my expectations in all of these traits. She represents your company extremely well, and I will recommend Green Works to anyone because of the positive experience I had with Katie.

My situation was difficult and I felt alone until I worked with Katie. She promptly responded to all my emails and phone calls, In fact, she would answer my emails after working hours, sometimes at night and on the weekends, and was always on time for all scheduled visits to my home. Her outstanding work ethic exemplifies her dedication to her customers. She made me feel that all my questions were important, taking a lot of time to explain everything, what to expect, and how Green Works could help.

I valued her skills and knowledge. I knew I was in good hands. I hope she will be recognized in some way for her diligent work. I felt like I was her only customer. I was in unknown territory and Katie became my “calm” during my “storm of worry and anxiety”. It’s comforting to know there are employees, like Katie, out in the working world, giving it their all to satisfy customers and do a great job for their company.

GreenWorks provides a very important service to the community…resulting in my house going from a sick home to a healthy home. More importantly, it helped to prevent any further personal sickness I had already experienced.
