Moisture Investigation

Post-Remediation Verification
Clearance testing confirms an environment has returned to Normal Fungal Ecology. Post-remediation verification tests air and surfaces to confirm the work met the protocol, rather than accepting a contractor's word that the space is clean.
Second Opinions and Failed Remediations
Where a remediation did not hold, or where a report and the symptoms do not agree, we assess independently. Mold inspection reports should detail intrusion extent and moisture sources, and many do not.
