They are definitely worth the price if you want to feel confident the job was done right the first time. I had them do remediation work when we were living in a rental and found out I was getting sick from high levels of mold. Katie was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, super responsive, and willing to listen and address all my concerns. I reached out to GreenWorks again for a mold inspection when we moved into a new house and Katie did an amazingly thorough job. She explained the reasons for why there may be mold and how we can avoid it moving forward. The labs showed elevated levels so Katie walked through the proposal multiple times with me. Because we had a tight budget but wanted the remediation done right the first time, Katie helped prioritize the most important items and explained what we could do ourselves and how. The crew that came to do the remediation was awesome too! Brendan, Evan, Connor, Tim and Zack were all very nice, explained every step, and made us feel like no question was stupid. GreenWorks never dismissed any of my health concerns and I felt like they were honest in what was really needed and what’s nice to have.
